PRAY CENTRAL
FLORIDA
Dear
Fellow Prayer Warrior, July, 2007
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord
Jesus Christ. If you missed “The Call” you can see a replay of it in the video
on demand section on www.God.tv. There was a
strong anointing on that meeting and, I believe, some breakthroughs in the
Spirit. Promise Keepers returns to the Amway Arena this month,
see “Current Prayer Events” for details.
Prayer Training
at the Worship House of Prayer starts August 11th
[Taken
from a Worship House of Prayer e-mail]
August begins our prayer
training for everyone who desires to lead a WHOP prayer watch as a prayer
leader or worship leader, or be on a WHOP worship team. The training is
also for all church leaders, worship teams, anyone already involved in WHOP. The
training is one Saturday per month August through
November. We will meet together for a total of four Saturdays (one per
month), teaching and activating your prayer gifts each Saturday. The
first training Saturday will be August 11, 9:15am-5pm. For details and to
register go to www.worshiphouseofprayer.com and click on “training”.
[If you are not familiar with this fine group
of people, here is their vision statement from their web site.] We invite you
into the journey of uncovering and fueling your God-created longing for
Jesus--your Bridegroom, King and Judge. We embrace Psalm 27:4 as our
passion... why we do what we do... One thing I ask of the
Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to
seek Him in His temple. Worship House of Prayer Missions
Base VISION: to establish a central Florida missions
base in a community setting-- a hub for 24/7 corporate worship and prayer,
an equipping center for the end-time harvest, healing teams/rooms, mercy and
justice missions, and outreaches. We see the prayer room as the heart of
the missions base, providing the power for the base to
function. The equipping center will send people into the prayer room as
well as into the harvest fields.

Date: Tue, 10 Jul 2007 16:29:15 -0500
Subject: Cityreaching:
One combined July cityreaching conference call
On July
19th, the third Thursday cityreaching call will
combine with the Featured City call. Glenn Barth and
Dennis Fuqua will co-host on the topic: Pastors on the Premises, sharing the
impact of pastors prayerwalking
schools in San Bernardino, CA.
Pastor Joshua Beckley of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship in San Bernardino, CA
will be our guest. Email info@cityreaching.com for the dial-in #. The 1-hour
call begins at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
______________________
More
about Pastors on the Premises
Dennis
Fuqua (from the Featured City last Tuesday call) asks: What would cause 15
public school principals to ask pastors to come and prayer walk their school?
And why would the superintendent of schools list "Pastors on the
Premises" as one of the activities that is increasing safety, decreasing
gang activity and nearly eliminating the drop-out rate? You will be able to
hear the answers to these questions and also interact with the people behind the
story.
Glenn Barth, host of the “third Thursday call”
writes: Pastor Joshua Beckley of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship in San
Bernardino, CA will be our guest for the July 19, 2007 Mission America Cityreaching Resources Conference Call 11:00 a.m. Eastern
Time. You are invited. Pastor Josh and other San Bernardino pastors lead a
ministry called “Pastors on the Premises,” which has been effective in s! ubstantially lowering the drop out
rate and addressing issues of drug and gang related violence in schools
throughout San Bernardino County.
Jarvis Ward and I visited with Josh and other San Bernardino Pastors and
ministry leaders in January of 1996. Their unified impact was felt in the local
schools. Beginning with Cajon High School, where there was a dropout rate of
70% in 2002, pastors approached the principal with a plan. Before and after
school, they would prayer walk the campus. The principal welcomed them on the
campus. Through their presence and prayers, they got to know the students and
their needs. As they prayed on the campus, they found students who wanted
prayer. As they discovered the needs of students through these requests, in
addition to praying, they connected students with tutors and other services to
address their needs. The result was that in 2003 the dropout rate fell to 20%;
in 2004 the dropout rate fell to 10%; this scho! ol year, there have been no
appreciable number of dropouts.
As other principals in the area heard about the success of this effort, they
too, asked for pastors to prayer walk their campuses. Today, fifteen Junior and
Senior High School campuses in San Bernardino have pastors
prayer walking the halls and grounds and reporting impressive improvements as a
result. A waiting list of schools has developed as invitations have outstripped
the ability of these pastors to cover all the campuses. The Superintendent of
Schools for the county lists Pastors on The Premises as one of several
organizations they rely on for school safety and student advancement listing
them on the Schools System’s website as a key resource ( http://www.sbcss.k12.ca.us/communications/comm_newsSM.php?id=218).
To join the call, please RSVP to info@cityreaching.com requesting the

I also wanted to let you know about the Glorify regional worship conference that will be held from August 9-11 at Metro Life Church in Casselberry, Florida (near Orlando). This conference seeks to equip people -- pastors, worship leaders, musicians, technical teams and "just regular folks" -- to serve in local churches through worship. The cost is $70 per person. The conference features Bob Kauflin, Steve and Vikki Cook, and Todd Twining who are all internationally known as worship leaders, song writers, and music producers. The topics of the over 25 seminars are diverse; a small sampling includes “Leading Worship in a Small Group”, “Congregational Worship as Pastoral Care”, “Worshiping God as a Mom”, “Improving Your Vocal Technique”, and “Prayer that Glorifies God.” Whatever your interest or talent there are sure to be seminars that both appeal to you and stir up your love for God and His amazing work on the cross! THE LORD OF THE RING
Book Report: THE LORD OF THE RING - Anderson, Philip
Originally published in England in 2006, it
has just been released in a U.S. edition.
Pete Grieg's seemingly chance visit to Herrnhut, Germany, in 1999 has grown into lasting inspiration
for the international movement of 24/7 prayer. Five years later, Phil Anderson
and Justin Blake piloted a small plane across Europe to Herrnhut.
Their remarkable journey has resulted in this wonderfully engaging new
biography of Count Zinzendorf and the covenant
community of believers at Herrnhut. From original
sources they reveal more of the history of Zinzendorf;
the Order of the Mustard Seed; the 24-hour prayer watch in Herrnhut,
which continued non-stop for 100 years; and the incredible Moravian missionary
movement that was launched and has had an impact on global outreach to this
day! Young believers around you are again wearing "the ring."
"Having been to Herrnhut and always 'wanting to
know more,' I cannot recommend this book more highly." (Gary Bergel) Originally published in England in 2006, it has
just been released in a U.S. edition. Paperback, 224 pages.

IFA – Prayer Focus for our nation
ACROSS THE NATION
Pray For These National Issues
TEEN SUICIDE - Pray that the Lord look with mercy,
salvation and deliverance upon all the youth of your church and area. Pray they
be shielded and delivered from rebellion, promiscuity, addictions, depression,
despair and suicide. Pray that all teens struggling with suicidal thoughts and
feelings open up, talk to someone about it, and find help, understanding and
professional counseling. Pray for the restoration of relationships between
parents and their children.
ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE GRADUATES- Pray for recent graduates, that they
would have the freedom to seek counsel for personal issues and problems, gain
vision for their future and discover their God given destiny. Pray that College
graduates find answers for debt incurred to finance their studies. Offer
thanksgiving for the continuing move of God among young people; pray it will
increase. Pray for salvation and/or spiritual growth and that the Lord will
lead them to form friendships and have fellowship with believing peers.
IMMIGRANTS - Thank God for the freedom and
opportunity which your ancestors found in the U.S. Pray that He grant wisdom to
Congress as it struggles with Immigration Reform. Pray for the illegal
immigrants and families who have been arrested or placed in camps. Pray that
the Lord grant grace to all immigrants to comply with
the laws of the land, learn English, and culturally assimilate. (Mal 3:5; Mt
22:39)
PRESIDENT BUSH, ISRAEL'S OLMERT EXPRESS
SUPPORT FOR TWO-STATE SOLUTION
U.S. Department of State Press Release - The United States and Israel support
the creation of a Palestinian state that would live side by side in peace with
Israel, President Bush says. Prime Minister Olmert
pledged to initiate a new round of regular direct talks with Palestinian
President Mahmoud Abbas
aimed at security issues and improving the delivery of essential services to
the Palestinian people as a precursor to new progress toward the "two-
state solution" long advocated by the Bush administration. "This is
the ultimate goal, to create a Palestinian state," Olmert
said. "We have to prepare the groundwork that will allow - - soon, I hope
-- to be able to start serious negotiations about the creation of a Palestinian
state." (U.S. Department of State, 6/19/07)
June 24, 2002 will be the fifth
anniversary of the President's address articulating America's position on
Palestinian rights and obligations, terrorism, and peace. It was during that speech in the Rose
Garden that Mr. Bush aligned American policy with the goal of a Palestinian
state.
Pray that the Lord would frustrate, disrupt and turn away all
attempts made by the Bush Administration or the U.S. State Department to
advance plans to create a "Palestinian State" using land promised to
the people of Israel, the inheritors of God's promises to Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob.
LET US STAND IN REPENTACE AND CRY OUT FOR MERCY as President Bush's
position and declarations to further "divide up of the land" stands
in stark opposition to the Word of God. Scripture shows severe dealings and
judgment for nations who "divide up the land" of Israel. (Joel 3:2)
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6) and for it to remain Israel's
undivided capital.

(6) Alice
Smith – Generational Iniquity
From: Alice and Eddie Smith
<usprayercenter@cs.com>
To: praycf@juno.com
Date: Mon, 16 Jul 2007 02:07:06 -0400
Subject: Insight: from Eddie and Alice Smith
Generational Iniquity
By Alice Smith
From one physical trait of an ancestor,
an entire family line can be born with the same trait, like a dimple in the
chin, or almond shaped eyes, or receding hairlines. This is true in the
physical realm, and in the spiritual. Just as we receive the physical DNA of
our family, we can experience the spiritual DNA of our family. Both
righteousness and iniquity pass from generation to generation.
Generational iniquity can be defined as an unholy spiritual influence, an
open door or tendency in a family's lineage to accept as normal something that
controls the behavior of many in the family. The Scripture is full of instances.
In Scripture there are two basic root words for
"iniquity." One of the Hebrew words describing iniquity is "avon" which describes the crooked and perverse
attitudes that emanate from the father to the children. The idea is expressed
in the old adage, "As the twig is bent, so grows the tree." We each
have a propensity to sin in specific areas where our forefathers had given
ample room to the devil.
The question you may be asking is, what about Jesus coming to save
us from our sin? Christ saved us from the curse of the law. Jesus removed the
curse of having to fulfill the law by his death and resurrection. Gal. 3:13
says, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse
for us." The curse of not measuring up to the perfect mirror of the law
has been removed from us, but not the consequences of our sin. Even Paul
reminded us, "Stand fast therefore in the liberty, wherewith Christ has
made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage" (Gal.
5:1).
The iniquity of our forefathers may still be at work in us unless
we take personal responsibility to stop it. Paul exhorts us, "I speak
after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have
yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity;
even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness"
(Romans 6:19 KJV). We are given the choice to walk in righteousness or to yield
to the bent of our forefather?s
tendencies to sin.
In John 9, Jesus and his disciples passed a blind man. The
disciples asked Jesus, "who has sinned, this man or his parents that he
was born blind." Jesus didn't reply, "What a foolish question."
No. He said, "Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but this happened
so that the work of God might be displayed in his life" (v.3). In this
case the iniquity of the man?s
father was not the reason for his blindness. The implication is that some
situations are a result of the generational iniquity. The umbilical cord of
iniquity must be cut. You have the right of sonship
to cut the line of generational iniquity from you and your family.
Not too long ago we were watching a news program where a
27-year-old young lady interviewed had breast cancer. The tearful young woman
explained that her grandmother, mother and older sister had died from breast
cancer.
The devil never plays fair. The cancer that began with a
grandmother or even further back is now taking its victims younger and younger.
So many of our maladies today were unheard of 20 years ago.
Turrets Syndrome, cancer in babies, AIDS,
multiple-personality disorders. Sins of the past are tumbling down on
our heads and the Lord is looking for someone in our family lines to announce
"enough!" and to break these contracts with darkness. Will you be
that person for your family?
Breaking generational contracts need not be mystical, but we
should not begin this process without a deep burden and urgency on behalf of
family and ourselves. To do otherwise is nothing more than superstitious
activity. Wait for the Lord to give you his burden, and then proceed. When you
are ready, this is what you do.
1. ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT TO COME AND HELP YOU. Spend time in
personal repentance, and then sit still to allow the Spirit of God to reveal
issues that need to be dealt with. (1 John 1:6-10)
1. IDENTIFY THE GENERATIONAL INIQUITY AND DETERMINE ITS SOURCE. If you don?t know its source, continue
anyway. The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth. (John 14:16-17)
2. REPENT TO THE LORD FOR YOUR PART IN THIS FAMILY SIN, AND THE SINS OF YOUR
FATHER (OR MOTHER). (See Nehemiah 1:4-11; Ps. 106:6-12)
3. DETERMINE IN YOUR HEART TO MAKE RESTITUTION IF THERE IS A REASON. Unless the
Lord says to stop now and go do this, then continue the process, promising
yourself that later you will follow through obedience. (Matt. 5:21-26; Matt.
7:1-5)
4. RENOUNCE ALOUD THE CONTRACTS MADE THROUGH THE FAMILY LINE. Open your eyes to
address your adversary. (James 4:6-8)
Example: Powers of darkness, in the name
of Jesus, I bind the strongman and spoil his house now regarding ____________
that has tormented my family and me. I break any and all contracts, covenants,
alliances or curses between me and my father, and his father and mother all the
way back to Adam. I renounce your work in my life, and by the authority of
Jesus Christ I evict you from me (and any other direct family
members you might include) and command
you to loose me. (Do the same from the mother's side of the family)
Continue renouncing until you sense a breakthrough in your heart.
5. ASK THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO COME AND FILL YOU. Also ask God to let you see some
manifestation of your warfare. Be careful to observe closely, because many of
the breakthroughs are small at the beginning and can be overlooked while
expecting something much different. At the smallest of changes in you, your
children or family, take the opportunity to thank the Lord and ask him to do
more. Give God all the glory for everything you experience.

(7) 07-07-07 ROAD TRIP REPORT—The
Call NASHVILLE
July 12, 2007
Steve Shultz and Jessica Miller:
"07-07-07
ROAD TRIP REPORT--TheCall NASHVILLE"
FOUNDING EDITOR'S NOTE: As you watch this video, please know that NO AMOUNT of videotape or streaming internet can do justice to this CALL for repentance and justice in Nashville on 07-07-07. Eight people from the ElijahList flew out and attended TheCall Nashville. The heat was almost unbearable, but the thirst for a massive move of God was even more unquenchable.
We drank water and Gatorade all day, and it did some good to keep our bodies dealing with the heat, but the bottom line is this...Something happened--something very, VERY BIG--in Nashville. As there were up to three times as many marriages as any day in history, around the world, Lou Engle led the "charge" (along with people such as Dutch Sheets, Bishop Bill Hamon, Cindy Jacobs, Bishop Harry Jackson, James Goll; Jewish leaders such as Michael Brown, as well as many Native American and Latino leaders) in one of the greatest and most intense CALLS in the history of the United States, for the Church in America and around the world to become REMARRIED to Jesus. The prophetic ACTS of several weddings were simply signs of what the crowd was doing—becoming once again committed to God, for all eternity. There was a female abortion doctor who repented on behalf of all those doctors who perform abortions.
I have never repented for more things and in more ways in my life, and to do it in a Stadium nearly full (TITAN STADIUM in Nashville, often called the "Buckle of the Bible Belt") held high and Holy meaning for all of us. This was one of the most meaningful events of my life. Only "future history" – not yet written on earth, but "prerecorded in Heaven" – will show what we accomplished for this nation in Nashville, on Saturday, July 7, 2007. The event was broadcast live by GOD TV in more than 200 nations simultaneously, although due to full servers, some viewers were unable to log on. In the future, it may be available on GOD.TV as Video On Demand. My thanks to CBN for covering this event.

Prophetic TV

Imagine this: Nashville Tennessee – the Titan stadium...prophetic words being fulfilled in our very midst – and the thrill of being a part of it on July 7, 2007 (7/7/7).
Many years ago, Bob Jones and other reputable prophets declared "stadium meetings," and there we were – participating with the Lord and the awesome display of His word fulfilled!
Anticipation,
humility, and faith filled the air with a tangible presence. Repentance,
forgiveness, worship, spiritual warfare, the divorcing of the Church and
America from the spirit of baal – the recommitting
and recovenanting in marriage to the Lord after 40
years of departing from Him, our Bridegroom...
There were even three marriage ceremonies sealed as a sign of our being sealed
to the Lord – it was a stunningly weighty and glorious day – one of which words
fall so very short in describing. It was mind, soul, and spirit
"boggling."
Prophetic words were released concerning terrorism – a call to pray for exposure and intervention. Also, the Lord clearly declared that the very purpose why all the many thousands of us had joined there in that place in one accord actually worked – it was not just a hyped up emotional screamfest – it was Joel 2:16-25 happening before our very eyes--in us, through us, and for us...
Gather
the people,
Sanctify the congregation,
Assemble the elders,
Gather the children and nursing babes;
Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber,
And the bride from her dressing room.
Let the priests, who minister to the LORD,
Weep between the porch and the altar;
Let them say, "Spare Your people, O LORD,
And do not give Your heritage to reproach,
That the nations should rule over them.
Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'" Then the
LORD will be zealous for His land,
And pity His people.
The LORD will answer and say to His people,
"Behold,
I will send you grain and new wine and oil,
And you will be satisfied by them;
I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations.
"But I will remove far from you the northern army,
And will drive him away into a barren and desolate land,
With his face toward the eastern sea
And his back toward the western sea;
His stench will come up,
And his foul odor will rise,
Because he has done monstrous things."
Fear not, O land;
Be glad and rejoice,
For the LORD has done marvelous things!
Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field;
For
the open pastures are springing up,
And the tree bears its fruit;
The fig tree and the vine yield their strength.
Be glad then, you children of Zion,
And rejoice in the LORD your God;
For He has given you the former rain faithfully,
And He will cause the rain to come down for you—
The former rain,
And the latter rain in the first month.
The threshing floors shall be full of wheat,
And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.
"So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten...
