Fellow Prayer Warrior, April, 2008
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord
Jesus Christ. The National Day of Prayer is Thursday May 1st and the
Global Day of Prayer is Sunday May 11th. Please see below for
National resources and local observances and please participate, our nation and
world really need prayer right now. I also want you to know about the Lakeland
Healing Revival with Todd Bentley. I have seen God heal many people over the
years. I have seen short legs grow up to an inch before my eyes. I helped teach
a grown man his first word after we prayed for him and God healed his total
deafness. We have been seeing many people healed of various physical problems
in the jails during our meetings. If you don’t believe God heals people today
just come to the jail with me and I’ll show you He does. With that as context I
am happy to say that what God is doing in Lakeland is more powerful than
anything I have ever seen before. There is a steady stream of people coming on
stage to testify of God healing them while they were just sitting in the
meeting worshiping. Sometimes Todd gets words of knowledge about certain
conditions and he often lays hands on people when they come up on stage or line
up along the front. There are many noticeable healings – people leaving their
wheel chairs behind because they don’t need them, tumors disappearing, people
with metal plates and rods in their backs now able to bend normally and without
pain, deaf people hearing, cancer being healed with the pain leaving, scars
going away instantly, and on and on. A unique aspect of this revival is that it
is being broadcast all around the world on GodTV (us.god.tv) and the Ignited Church web site (www.ignitedchurch.com) from 7:00 p.m.
until 11:00 or sometimes hours later each and every night. People are calling in
and e-mailing that they are being healed as they participate from their homes.
The meetings were scheduled to be for a few days or so but God showed up so
powerfully that they have been extended at least through May 4th.
Here’s my recommendation – schedule an evening this week from 7 to 11 and watch
it on the internet by yourself. You may need to try both web sites because sometimes
one may have a technical difficulty. Close the door and really participate in
the first 60 to 90 minutes of worship. Then watch in amazement as people stream
across the stage to testify of God’s healing and also ask God to heal any
health problem you may have. Then let faith rise up within you and ask for some
of that anointing for your ministry. Then drive to Lakeland but be warned they
have overflow rooms each night because already people are coming from all over

National Day of Prayer – May 1st
"Prayer! America's Strength and Shield" is this year's theme, drawn from
Psalm 28:7. Locally the day starts at 7:00 a.m. with the Central Florida Mayors
Prayer Breakfast at the Ballroom at Church Street. For info

407-810-4665. At noon everyone is asked to go to their local city hall
or county court house to pray together in unity for our nation, its leaders and
people. Facilitators are still needed at some of the City Halls to gather those
who come to pray, and help them to begin and end on time. If you can serve in
that capacity at a local City Hall, please contact Steve: steve@visionorlando.org. At 7:00 p.m.
there will be a bilingual gathering for worship and prayer at Restoration
Christian Center, 1600 Chickasaw Trail, Orlando (Tomas Lares

Students Have the Right
Not to Remain Silent on the Day of Silence
Orlando, FL – The annual "Day
of Silence," sponsored by the Gay, Lesbian,
Straight Education Network (GLSEN), will be celebrated in many public
schools. This event encourages students to remain silent on April 25. GLSEN claims the event counteracts
bullying, but it is merely promoting an anti-heterosexual viewpoint. Schools
can teach students the value of respect without accepting GLSEN’s
propaganda event. Many states, like Florida, for example, have laws that
require abstinence-based education when sexuality is discussed, so the school
cannot recognize the Day of Silence without promoting abstinence.
Some school administrators do not understand that students
cannot be penalized for refusing to observe the Day of Silence. Here are some
recent complaints Liberty Counsel has received:
Florida - A principal told a father that if his son was not
at school on the Day of Silence that the boy would fail the school year.
Indiana - A public school is participating in the Day of Silence against the
wishes of some parents. Parents were told that it is “against the law” to
cancel the program and that any absences would be unexcused that day. Iowa -
A school board member told a former student that a student refusing to speak on
the Day of Silence was not anymore disruptive in a school setting than a
“Christian wearing a cross.” Oklahoma - A high school graduate wrote to
her former principal to protest the celebration of the Day of Silence. The
principal said that if he did not allow the Day of Silence, he could not allow
Bible clubs and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. South Dakota - A
student was told that if she is absent on the Day of Silence, she must write a
paper explaining why she will not participate.
Parents can choose to keep their children home on the
Day of Silence or support their children in a counter-observance of sexual
purity. Liberty Counsel distributed a legal memorandum explaining how to protect schools from being
hijacked by GLSEN’s political agenda. Student conduct
causing a substantial disruption or material interference with school
activities is not protected under the First Amendment. If a teacher asks a
student a question during class, the student does not have a right to remain
silent.
Liberty Counsel is encouraging students to mount a
counter-celebration to promote a positive message of purity on the Day of Silence. Students are encouraged to
wear white and to distribute flyers promoting sexual purity whenever other
students are permitted to distribute literature promoting the Day of Silence. http://www.lc.org/dayofpurity/

"When it comes to the Day of Silence, silence is not an option. Students
have the right not to remain silent. Students can refuse to attend school. They
may mount a counter-protest in support of purity and the traditional family.
While schools may be required to allow clubs to meet on campus, schools do not
have to promote the Day of Silence. Students do not have the right to remain
silent when called upon by teachers. In those states that require abstinence
instruction, schools may not tolerate clubs that promote sexual
promiscuity."

“Meet at City Hall” at 12 Noon on Thursday, May 1st to pray for your city!
Each year on the first Thursday in
May, the National Day of Prayer, citizens of the United States celebrate our freedom to gather, worship and pray
publicly. “Meet at City Hall” is a local prayer initiative which provides an
opportunity to pray together in unity for our nation, its
leaders and people at every City Hall in Central Florida on Thursday, May 1st,
the 2008 National Day of Prayer.
To participate, go to the City
Hall closest to your home or workplace at Noon on May 1st, and join
with others from across Central Florida who will take time out
of their day's schedule to pray for our nation. “Meet At City Hall” is a grassroots initiative, calling people to
connect in prayer at lunchtime, (12 - 1 PM) with others who have come to
“stand in the gap” for the United States. Invite your family, church
members, friends, co-workers to join you.
Contact your local government officials to let them
know you will be at the City Hall to pray that day.
Invite Mayors, Commissioners and other public officials to
participate.
Keep it simple! Just GO, MEET and PRAY! Bless God and ask Him to bless America!

(6) Florida Apologizes For State's History Of Slavery
The Florida
resolution expressed "profound regret" for the state's role "in
sanctioning and perpetuating involuntary servitude upon generations of African
slaves."
The Florida Legislature formally
apologized Wednesday for the state's "shameful" history of slavery,
joining five other states that have expressed public regret for what Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic
presidential candidate, recently called America's "original sin." The
two-page resolution passed overwhelmingly in the Senate and then the House,
bringing at least one lawmaker to tears. Gov. Charlie Crist,
a Republican, called it a "significant step" toward reconciliation.
What eventually passed on Wednesday resembled statements issued by North
Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey.

Are
Atheists Hijacking Academic Freedom?
Why some might consider Ben Stein’s new movie to be political
dynamite.
The theory of intelligent design (ID),
holds that certain features of the universe and of living things are best
explained by an intelligent cause rather than an undirected process such as
natural selection. ID is thus a scientific disagreement with the core claim of
evolutionary theory that the apparent design of living systems is an illusion.
Political
dynamite.
There are folks working overtime to
deny scientists who disagree with the core claim of
evolutionary theory the right to pursue the scientific evidence for intelligent
design theory. But there is more to this than meets the eye.
They don’t like the very idea of an intelligent cause because they don’t like
the idea of allowing even the possibility of the existence of an intelligent
“designer.” That might lead to scientific evidence in support of the
unthinkable, i.e. G-O-D. But they simultaneously want you to believe that their
belief in atheism has nothing to do with
their persecution of scientists and educators, many of whom see scientific evidence
for design or a designer. Merely coincidence. That is
because they have “defined” science in such a way as to prevent the scientific
exploration of intelligent design theory. They say that any evidence that
suggests intelligent design in nature isn’t really science. In this manner they
are able to “logically” assert that only their theories of life (which just
happen to be exclusively atheistic theories) are “real” science, while
intelligent design theory is conveniently dismissed as religious “creationism.”
All of this translates into a very nasty piece of business as far as academic
freedom goes.
The upcoming film EXPELLED: No
Intelligence Allowed starring Ben Stein articulates why the
argument made in the film is irrefutable – meaning that those who oppose
“Intelligent Design” theory as a valid topic in the science classroom are
simply wrong to oppose it.
But are they also intellectually disingenuous, opponents of academic freedom
and proponents of atheism, hijacking “science?” After seeing the film
“EXPELLED: No Intelligence Allowed,” we’d appreciate your telling us the answer
to that question.
The whole point of man’s thirst for knowledge, scientific and otherwise, is to
answer the question “Who are we?” “Where did we come from?” “Why are we here?”
and “Where are we headed?” To deny this is to deny the reality of human
existence since the beginning. And to simply “declare” that the subject of
“science” can somehow side step these questions is either wrong or
intellectually disingenuous.
The official definition of science currently holds that it is “the study of
observable natural phenomenon that excludes those explanations citing the
“supernatural.” This definition is disingenuous – it all but “defines” science
as the search for “proof” of …exclusively atheistic theories.
It is the position of the producers of EXPELLED that no government
institution or public employee should promote either belief in atheism OR
belief in an intelligent designer – one to the exclusion of the other – as
official, government policy. Both are presuppositions, both are beliefs and
both are valid as scientific bases for scientific exploration. And this is
particularly true with respect to the way “science” is officially defined, and
especially with respect to our public schools and government institutions. It
is simply a tautology to “declare” that science is strictly the study of the
natural, and to then simultaneously decree that attempts to explore the
universe in terms of the presupposition of intelligent design are “off the
table,” and “not science.” To do so is to define “science” in such a way as to
officially “favor” explanations that place atheistic presuppositions above
those with the presupposition of design at their root. This is not the proper
role of the government. Not in America.
Highly credentialed “dissenters” from today’s
prevailing “materialist” theories of life’s progression who wish to pursue
science on the basis of a presupposition of intelligent design are being
persecuted, vilified, denied tenure and even fired from their jobs for their
beliefs today. To even question aspects of Darwin’s theory of evolution is
being used as prima facie evidence that one is “unintelligent,” and/or
unqualified.
To deny this is disingenuous.
Belief in atheism, agnosticism and belief in a designer are real beliefs –
let’s not pretend that they don’t exist, can be side stepped or pretend that it
is fair, constitutional or intellectually rigorous to favor one such worldview
over another... especially in the realm of science. To oppose such academic
freedom – especially at the taxpayer’s expense - is simply wrong. If you agree,

Healing Revival continues….

The revival will be extended another week!!!
When I stepped into the sanctuary Friday night, the atmosphere was different
than I've ever felt before. There was intense praise & worship.
Expectancy was in the air. But something was definitely different!
Todd was looking at me with this "look" and I heard myself say to
him, if you want to go another week, we're ready! He nearly
exploded! He started telling me all of the things that were happening
throughout the time prior to the service. Prophetic
words and confirmations that we should extend the meeting. He then
got up and told the congregation! The place went wild!
He had me share my feelings with the congregation. I had two of our
prophetic members share prophesies. ALL IN AGREEMENT! FULL STEAM
AHEAD! There is just TOO much to share.
Then I had everyone to get on their knees and humble themselves
before God. This was a SOBER MOMENT!!! The Healing Movement
from Central Florida was being BIRTHED! I'm skipping over so
much... but I'm trying to give you the highlights!
Todd told everyone, "I want to release this healing anointing over every
person… tonight is a COMMISSIONING…"
There was a holiness in the room… the weight of
God's glory was incredible.
Todd shared his experiences with the healing angel. He told everyone how
he felt the healing angel touch his back several times in the Thursday night
meeting.
Suddenly, the air shifted, and Todd began to give words of knowledge.
He called out Lupus, Lime Disease, Spinal Cord injury… the stage filled
with about ten people…
Each time Todd’s left hand touched their hand or arm, the Holy Spirit would
tell him what was happening… he commanded the disease to come out…
the power would hit each one.
One lady with lupus… her eyes opened wide like
she was seeing an angel… he saw that the Lupus was destroying her muscles
and kidneys… she felt “lighter”… her right hand began shaking and
moving… that was where the pain was the greatest… and she was
healed… hands began to tinkle… inflammation was going down…
A Lady brought her cell phone on stage with her daughter on the phone that has
Lupus… Todd took the phone and asked the daughter… “how would you know that God has touched you… she said
– I could walk without pain…” He commanded the pain to come out of her
body… right over the phone… he told her to get up and move
around… bend over… see if there is any pain… any heat?
Todd had the whole crowd to reach out towards the cell phone as the lady was
taking steps of faith… “what’s happening?”
She started feeling sensation through her body…
Then Todd gave a word of knowledge, that someone in the right center section
had a broken back… here she came… walking haltingly… she was
about 70 years old… she laid back under the power… her husband told
Todd she had a skiing accident 15 years ago on her honeymoon… Todd felt
the healing angel came and stood over the lady on the floor…
Then Todd called out a tumor in the front of the throat… several came
forward…
While they came, a man on the platform was standing in proxy for a friend with
lupus… and Todd prophesied a healing anointing over the man to take it to
the nations…
The first lady with a lump on her throat – swallowed and the lump was gone!
The second lady with lump – couldn’t find it…!
The angel interrupted Todd and said God was healing prostate…
A man on the stage had lumps and lupus… a heat was all over his body
making him sweat…
The lady from the skiing accident stood up… he prayed for her
again…
Another Word of knowledge for a man with a damaged spine – operation on your
spine - come now!
Suddenly the healing saturated the entire room… people
began to moan and several even screamed as the power ripped through the
audience.
Then the lady on the cell phone hollered out –
her daughter’s pain was totally gone…
Then Todd called out everyone with two hearing aids…
While they were coming… he prayed for a man with prostate…
slammed to the floor...
The husband of the lady injured in the skiing accident had damaged his
hearing… he instantly grabbed his ears as he fell…
Then Todd called out for someone with a medical bracelet…
Then a man with enlarged prostate, also damage in the left ear, over he went!
A lady preacher had lumps on her liver… Todd felt fire shoot out of his
hand as she fell… oh, the shouting fit she had!
Another man with hearing aids… Todd commanded the deaf and dumb spirit to
leave… as he prayed, a sober presence of the HS
came into the room…
Then several more with hearing problems…
Then a young lady with NO kidneys started feeling heat across her back… she came up on the stage… Todd told her he was
feeling heat across his back…
Then a young girl got her dad on the phone – he had a lump on the throat – Todd
told her to pray for him… the power of God began to shake her violently
as she commanded the lump to go!
The young girl with NO kidneys said her back was growing hotter and
hotter… Todd had her dad check her back, it was very hot…
Then a lady named Judy had text msg one of Todd’s
team that she had a lump disappear from her breast the night before when Todd
prayed… she came up to testify… the power began to flip her around
like a puppet on strings… then out she went! BAM!
Then Todd lined up the whole church… prayed for
everyone to receive an impartation for the healing anointing.
There is still time to get here!!! Saturday 10am 6pm
Sunday 10am 6pm
Monday through Saturday 10am & 7pm nightly. The
night services are full to capacity. You have to get here at least 45
minutes early to get into the sanctuary. After that, you'll probably sit
in the overflow! But don't worry. The Holy Spirit is IN THERE

The Todd Bentley Revival continues. This is the report from
Saturday! The first part is the testimonies. The second part is my
notes from the message!
Call your friends. Tell them the revival continues Sunday 10am &
6pm. Then Monday through Saturday 10am & 7pm!
Come at least one hour early for the evening meetings to get a seat.
Everyone else will be seated in the overflow room.
The praise time was explosive. Roy Fields was leading worship when he
jumped out into the middle of the stage and began spinning like a top!
Then he ran to one end of the stage, turned, ran and FLIPPED full frontal flip,
end over end!
Todd’s associate, Mark, tried to make the announcements, but the glory was so
thick, he began to cry. He proclaimed the a
HONEY CLOUD of God’s presence was just over our heads! “Reach up and PULL
IT DOWN!” Mark was so drunk he kept shaking his head and leaning on
the pulpit!!! “You can drink during the announcements!”
Mark tried to introduce Todd… as tears filled
his eyes… “welcome my best friend... Todd
Bent…” He couldn’t finish his name… weeping…
they embraced. Todd took the mic.
“The reason I decided to stay, is not because of the miracles, or the crowds,
but because of what I am feeling in the atmosphere!”
“THIS IS RAW POWER!!!”
TESTIMONIES
Todd called for testimonies…
Two girls told about how they were waiting outside to get in…
we started a prayer meeting… and led a homeless lady to
Jesus. She was in the audience, Todd called her up, and OUT UNDER THE
POWER she went!
A young man shared how he was born with a hole in his heart. Two nights
before, Todd called out heart trouble, and he ran to the front and BAM, he hit
the floor. He feels strength and energy that he hasn’t ever had.
A lady testified how in the morning service, Todd’s associate, Craig, had
called out her husband, but he told Craig, “the drunk in the back is my wife,
and she has bad knees”. So Craig prayed for me, and I’m totally healed… no PAIN. And she started jumping and
bending.
A man shared how Todd had called out prostate… and
instantly, I had to go to the bathroom!
Todd stopped and called out a Word of Knowledge for a “fallen bladder” and God
will heal you right now! An elderly lady came to the front and and instantly fell under the power when she reached the
stage! Three more ladies ran up, and Todd shouted out, BAM BAM BAM!!! The ushers
barely got there in time!
Then Todd whirled around to the other side of the room… “somebody has had a head injury that has caused serious
damage”… a young man came up who had a football accident that had caused
multiple problems from the injury. Down he went!
The lady with the pink hair who had testified two nights before, shared that
she received more healing… she had been in an accident and the doctors
had fused her head to her spine… but now she can MOVE HER NECK!!!
PLUS - she hadn't been able to dance since the accident! Now she was
dancing all over the front of the platform. Then she began speaking
fast… Todd declared she had an evangelistic anointing… She told
Todd, I just led someone to Jesus today at the WHAT-A-BURGER!!!
An older lady testified how she had had a horse riding accident and the doctors
had put multiple metal screws and rods through her body… tonight she
began to jump during the praise time… and when she had checked her blood
sugar before service, it had gone from 250 to under 150!!!
Then one of the ushers from the church testified how that Todd had called out
an enlarged prostate… and the power of God had
touched him the moment he came on the stage! The doctors had told him
that his prostate was enlarged four times as large. He feels he is
healed!
A lady testified how last night she had been touched by God’s power when Todd
called out Lupus… she is much better
today!!! Then she got CROSS EYED DRUNK!!!
Suddenly, a lady began crying out in the middle of the room… Todd
hollered out… “what’s going on?” She ran
to the front holding a picture of her baby with spinal bifida. “Do you
have faith that God will heal your baby right now?” Before she could
reply, she fell back under the power as she shook her head YES!”
The atmosphere shifted again… Todd commanded everyone in the room who had
the faith to be healed… “LIFT YOUR HANDS… YOU CAN BE HEALED RIGHT
NOW!” Words of Knowledge began flowing… “color
blindness” “eye problems of any kind”
Todd turned to get another testimony… and the next lady in line had come
to JUST GET SAVED! Todd led her to Jesus right there on the
stage!!! She WEPT HER WAY INTO THE ARMS OF JESUS!!! Then she
fell under the power!!!
“Who else wants to give your heart to Jesus RIGHT NOW?!”
A father and his little boy walked to the front… a
teenage boy… another young man…
While they were coming… Todd lifted up the lady
he just led to Jesus… found out she was
suffering from alcohol abuse from when she was a child… Todd prayed over
her again… down she went.
Then he turned around again and led the group in front of the platform to
Jesus. He jumped off the stage and gently touched each one as they
DRIFTED TO THE FLOOR! The father and his little son fell together
in the Spirit!!!
A lady testified how her knee had been injured and she was unable to bend
it. Last night when Pastor Stephen had asked the congregation to kneel in
the presence of God… she realized she knelt and
was HEALED!
A young lady testified how she had responded for two words of knowledge, one
from last night, and one from this morning, sever pain in her left side, and
sever pain in the base of her neck. ALL PAIN IS GONE!
Another lady tried to testify how she came under the power of God, and she
experienced a vision… and began WALTZING WITH
JESUS! She had a severe staff infection and the doctors had to cut her
bones away from her spine between her neck and shoulder blades… disabled since 1995. After dancing with Jesus,
she got up and began running all around the building… NO PAIN… NO
SPASMS!!!
A lady had fallen off a mountain while on a missions trip…
she had suffered a trauma to her body… when the Holy Spirit came
upon her last night, she had a vision of Jesus! NO MORE PAIN!
The next lady started crying how that last year, when Todd had come to Florida,
she stood in line for her son who had been a drug addict for 15 years!
She brought him to the meeting last year. The power of God hit him… and called him to be an evangelist. Now the
whole family goes out into the street witnessing and preaching!
Then one of the church intercessors, brought her cell
phone to Todd. “This is my son. He has color blindness. And
when you pray, he’s going to be healed!” Todd gets on the phone with him… while he was praying for him… he told Todd,
"my FEET ARE TINGLING!!! I have fallen arches and my feet are
tingling!"
A man tried to testify and tell Todd how God had healed him of TWO HEART
ATTACKS when Todd called out the word of knowledge!!! The man began to
SHAKE AND TREMBLE all the way down to the floor!!!
A young girl brought her THICK GLASSES to Todd. “When you called out eye
problems, the Lord told me that if I came up here, I would be healed!
Todd put on her glasses… and jerked them off his face… “these are so thick!” Then DOWN SHE WENT!
A lady had nerve damage down her legs… Told told
her, the “healing angel” just touched me! Take it now!
A young girl came up. “I haven’t been able to bend my arm for about
year… LOOK AT IT NOW!” She kept bending and bending her arm.
Todd proclaimed a “healing anointing” on her life! Down she went.
A young man came up and told Todd, God is healing me from a lifestyle of drug
addiction! “I want to take God’s healing power to the world!”
An elderly lady testified that she had a hiatal hernia
and acid reflux. Todd asked her if she had trouble eating. So Todd
prayed… “GIVE HER SOME YUMMY IN HER TUMMY!!!” She started shaking
and laughing as she fell under the power!
Then Tasha, the hospitality coordinator, testified
how she had a bad skin rash and it was disappearing. “But what I really
want is an IMPARTATION!” Todd touched her hand. She began weeping
as she fell under the power of God.
Then a young man came up. “I shot my eye with a BB gun when I was
younger.” He couldn’t see color. Todd saw the anointing on
him. “Do you want my anointing?” The young man said yes! Todd
grabbed him around the waist and hugged him and LIFTED HIM OFF THE GROUND in a
giant bear-hug. DOWN HE WENT!
Then a lady testified how she had a hernia the size of an egg. She went
to the bathroom to check and IT IS GONE! “I want some of that
YUMMY!” Down she went!
SERMON NOTES
Todd began to teach on the Anointing. HOW TO PLACE A DEMAND ON THE
ANOINTING!
Everything that happens in my ministry is because of God’s power! The KEY
is the anointing.
What we need is an ENCOUNTER with God.
Every time the anointing comes, it ATTRACTS the Favor of God. It COMMANDS blessing and breakthrough.
We have to be renewed every day in the anointing. FILLED
with His power.
This is a COSTLY oil. Mary broke the alabaster
box. A years salary. The fragrance filled
the house.
On the eighth day – after seven days of consecration – God poured out the
oil. This 2008 is like the eighth day in the season of God. I feel
a release to speak again on the anointing.
Proverbs 21
20 There is desirable treasure, And oil in the
dwelling of the wise, But a foolish man squanders it.
It’s a dangerous thing to squander the anointing.
An inheritance is based on love. It was somebody else’s labor. When
the time is right, you RECEIVE the inheritance. Now it’s yours. But
YOU DIDN’T EARN IT.
YOU WILL RECEIVE POWER – when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. It came
upon the 12. The same anointing came on the 70. The same anointing
came on the 120. The same anointing came upon the believers throughout
the New Testament church.
YOU MUST LEARN TO STEWARD the anointing. Too many receive, but they fail
to manifest the glory because they SQUANDER away the anointing.
The HUNGRY ones place a DEMAND on the anointing. It’s like Blind Bart on
the side of the road… “son of David, have Mercy
on me!” And JESUS STOPPED! The disciples didn’t want to stop.
But Bart PLACED a DEMAND on the anointing and Jesus STOPPED!
People often cause me to activate the anointing in my life because of THEIR
HUNGER!
There are ministers who STOP SHARING THEIR GIFTINGS like they did when they
first started. Now they only minister when there’s a big crowd! The
Spirit is subject to the believer… you can turn
it on and off!
SO DON’T BE STINGY WITH YOUR ANOINTING.
Sure – you can get burned out. It’s dangerous to keep trying to pray or
preach when you are “out of oil”.
There have been times when I PLANNED to preach, pray for a few people, and go
home! I was tired. But people placed a DEMAND upon the anointing,
and I prayed for hours past the time when I planned to stop!
There have been times when I WANTED TO RELEASE the anointing, but the people
really weren’t hungry! And I couldn’t give it away!
The woman with the issue of blood PLACED A DEMAND upon the anointing!
When she saw Jesus walking by, she went after him!
When you feel the presence of God – DO SOMETHING! RESPOND! ACTION
ACTIVATES FAITH!!!
Todd shared… when I’m in Korea, I can call out a
word of knowledge about a problem in the womb, and the MEN WILL RUN TO THE
FRONT with the ladies!!! THEY ARE HUNGRY FOR GOD!
Here in America, you have to coax people to get into the healing line!
DESPERATION HUNGER PRESSING
IN This places a demand upon the anointing!
One of the best ways to place a demand on the anointing is to GIVE AN
OFFERING. You can’t BUY the anointing. But the nature of the
anointing is GENEROSITY!
Jesus brought attention to the “widows offering!” She gave ALL SHE HAD.
Todd shared how he gave a large offering to a minister. Suddenly he saw
gems flowing out of his own hand… then gold
covered his hands… I asked God… “why?”
God told him… “I wanted you to know that you RECEIVED the anointing.”
A little boy INTERRUPTED TODD’S SERMON. “I want
the gift of healing!” So Todd took his hands and the boy fell out under
the power!
Suddenly, people began running to the stage THROWING MONEY on the pulpit!
Todd kept preaching. “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO PREPARE FOR YOUR IMPARTATION?!!!”
Example: there was man in the bible who lost his sheep. He was told
about the prophet up in the hills that could tell him where his sheep
are. But his friends told him, YOU CAN’T GO TO THE PROPHET EMPTY HANDED!
Todd BRUSHED THE MONEY OFF HIS NOTES SO HE COULD CONTINUE PREACHING! The
money fell all over the floor. People kept throwing money on the
pulpit!!!
Todd kept preaching! When I went after the anointing at 18 years old, I
didn’t have a dime! I was living on the street when I was 17! But I
purposed in my heart that I would PAY ANY PRICE!
There is a DESIRABLE TREASURE… until you VALUE
THE ANOINTING… you won’t get it! Fools will squander it!
In the book of Acts… there was a lame man
sitting outside the temple… but Peter said, SUCH AS I HAVE…
The religious leaders called Peter before their council. They didn’t like
it that Peter was an IGNORANT FISHERMAN.
I often encounter people who don’t like the way I look and the fact that I have
never been to bible school…
But those religious leaders TOOK NOTE… THEY HAD BEEN WITH JESUS!
You PLACE A DEMAND UPON THE ANOINTING BY SPENDING TIME WITH JESUS!
Pay the price! Spend time with the Holy Spirit. Just like Kathryn Kulman! And so many others!
Todd shared how this anointing COST HIM EVERYTHING! The rumors. My health. My marriage. The character assassination! I was
OFFENDED! I was ready to go into a rage and go down in a blaze of
glory!!!
But then the anointing would TOUCH ME. A child would have it’s ears opened! A lame man would walk. And
once again, I AGREED TO PAY THE PRICE FOR THE ANOINTING!!!
People often whisper to me… we love the

church it would BLOW UP!
LET THE CHURCH BLOW UP! Pay the price to get the anointing!!!
Fly. Drive. Pay the price. GO GET IT!!!
Often times you have to go GET THE OIL from someone that you might not really
like their style. It’s just not “my cup of tea.” BUT WHEN YOU'RE
THIRSTY! YOU JUST WANT THE ANOINTING!!!
When you FIND THE OIL… you just don’t want to
leave!!!
The anointing is better than any house, car, dream, money, fame…
PEOPLE ARE GETTING HEALED!!!
Now they SPEND TIME WITH JESUS!!!
Now they spend time with the Holy Spirit!!! There is a desirable
treasure!!! Having a conversation with the Holy Spirit!!!
A GLORY LIQUID HONEY CLOUD is waiting for you!!! Do you want it???
Can you pay the price?
Are you DESPERATE? Are you HUNGRY?
A cloud of glory just like in the Old Testament came into my little
apartment!
I knew the price! I’ve faced martyrdom! I’ve been in prisons with
terrorists! I’ve faced people who hate me. Wanted
to kill me.
Who was I going to tell about the glory cloud? Why me? People would
think I’m crazy!
The next day. I went to pray. The Holy
Spirit was waiting for me! It wasn’t just a one-time-experience!
Day three… He was there again! This time Jesus was there!
Month after month! People came to my house just to sit in the house or
lay on the floor! Angels. Visions.
Open heaven encounters!
Jesus came to me in a visitation. He spoke to me audibly. He told
me, on Mothers Day, your ministry begins today! It’s now been 10 years!
Why does God use me? I asked God. GOD said, “you’re
like Peter and others who longed for the glory.” "WHO ELSE HAS THE
WORD'S OF LIFE?!"
People in the audience began to cry out. Moaning.
Weeping. Yet a holy hush – all at the same
time!
God told me... “the day you stop being who I’ve
made you to be and start trying to be like the religious people want you to be
is the day your anointing stops.” He also told me, “the
day you lose your hunger, is the day you anointing stops.”
This may be the meetings that God births your ministry! This could be the
day of your miracle.
Let’s show God that WE WANT YOU TO STAY RIGHT HERE IN FLORIDA!!!
People began to flood the altars. They FELL ON THEIR FACES. The aisles. Between the seats.
The entire congregation was in a posture of HUNGER… SUBMISSION…
Roy Fields began singing… YOU ARE THE AIR I BREATH!...
YOUR VERY WORDS, SPOKEN TO ME!!!
AND I AM DESPERATE FOR YOU!!! I’M LOST WITHOUT YOU!!!
The flute player began prophesying throughout the song with his instrument… like a counter melody… the rest of the band and
singers began to cry out the words to the song!!!
Then Roy began to cry out in song… “I’m a man in desperate need!” over and over!... then back into the song he
went.
The weight of glory was overwhelming. While I was writing this in the meeting,
it nearly took my breath away!
Todd interrupted, “the Lord told me to PRAY WHAT YOU WANT THIS TO BE”… If
God was to give us revival in Central Florida… what
do you want this to be?
I want to SEE ALL OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE – PLUS… I want to see
people caught up into holy visitations. Children seeing
Jesus. Young people having visions.
Open heavens. A REALM OF VISITATION.
Roy began to sing… HOLY VISITATION… Let you glory fall in this
place… let it forth from here to the nations!!!
Mine - What I want to see is this place to
become a Sign and a Wonder to this community. Like a watering hole for
thirsty people. They will come and drink. They will go to their
homes, churches, schools, and place of business and DIG WELLS of a holy visitation.
And they will become a Sign and a Wonder in their community. And they
will become a watering hole for thirsty people.
Mine – I want to see people take the anointing into their schools, youth
groups, work place, into the malls, into the places of business… healings… gifts of the spirit in
operation. Salvations in the streets. People bringing their friends and total strangers. People who have left the church. Un-churched.
Prodigals. Even the religious who have come to
their senses… that they are empty and dry!
Mine – God give me the wisdom to pastor this. God give me the wisdom to
put the staff together. The logistics.
Todd shared how he felt that prayer clothes would be brought to the meeting and
would be sent out all over the world. Pastor Stephen (me) ran up on
stage. “I felt led this afternoon to call one of my intercessors to make
up 1,000 prayer clothes.” And he handed them to Todd!
Todd grabbed a bottle of anointing oil and poured it into the bag of
cloths. Then he thrust his hand into the cloths and RELEASED the
anointing! Then he gave handfuls to each of the ushers and they passed
them out to everyone present.
